3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 22 of Ordinance No. 3G81 of the County of Butte entitled " 360-
9 004 SHERIFF-CORONER -COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING AND PROBLEM
10 SOLVING {COPPS}" is hereby deleted in its entirety, resulting in the deletion of the
11 following positions that were allocated to that budget unit:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25I23(f} of the

4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADAPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12th day of June , 2001, by the following vote:
