3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3730 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

b The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3730 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
13 (term position to end 06-30-02)
14 1 Administrative Services Assistant
15 (term position to end 06-30-02)
16 thereby increasing the total from 120.5 to 122.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{fj of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 Lzth day of June , 2001, by the following vote:
