3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3730 OF THE
4 COL TY OF BUTTE,_KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 18 of Ordinance No. 373a of the County of Butte entitled
9 "324-005 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 District Attorney Investigator II, I
13 thereby decreasing the total from 20 to 1 S.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
