3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 373o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3730 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVIOSRY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting therefrom the following:

25 Section 2. Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3730 of the County of Butte entitled
26 "570-008 WELFARE -PUBLIC GUARDIAN" is hereby amended by deleting
27 therefrom the following:

4 and adding thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 s) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
