3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3730 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE,_ KNOWN AS THE_"SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3730 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE H,
l0 CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS" is hereby amended by
11 deleting therefrom the following:
12 Flat Rate Class Code Classification Title
13 $6.24 - $9.23/HR 1705 Seasonal Election Worker
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Flat Rate Class Code Classification Title
16 $7.25 - $11.24IHR 1705 Seasonal Election Worker

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of .Tune , 2001, by the following vote:
