3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 373o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3730 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE H,
10 CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS" is hereby amended by
~ ~ deleting therefrom the following:
12 Flat Rate Class Code Classification Title
13 $191DAY 1710 Election Clerk
14 $19/DAY 1712 Election Inspector
15 $19/DAY 1713 Election Judge
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Flat Rate Class Code Classification Title
18 $65/DAY* ** * 1710 Election Clerk
19 $951DAY* * * * 1712 Election Inspector
20 $b51DAY* * * * 1713 Election Judge
21 * * * *An additional $10 per class for attending training.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of 3une , 2001, by the following vote:
