3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3~so OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 330 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
1 o the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Deputy Sheriff {term position to end 06-30-OI}
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Deputy Sheriff {term position to end 06-30-02}
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 56.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
