3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 ~ 3o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 27 of Ordinance No. 330 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "430-0006 PROBATION -VICTIM WITNESS GRANT" is hereby amended
10 by adding thereto the following:
I 1 Positions Classification Title
12 .5 Probation Technician
13 thereby increasing the total from 3.5 to 4.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of June , 20Q 1, by the following vote:
