3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3730 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 26 of Ordinance No. 3730 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
10 Positions Classification Title
11 2 Probation Officer III, II, I {term position to end 06-30-01)
12 .75 Off ce Assistant III, II, I (term position to end 06-30-01)
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Probation Officer III, II, I (term position to end 10-31-OI)
16 .75 Off ce Assistant III, II, I (term position to end I 0-31-0 I )
17 thereby decreasing the total from 92.25 to 91.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 2~ith day of June , 2001., by the following vote:
