Ordinance No. 3745
~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3743 OF THE
$ COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
8 ORDAIN as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
10 "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
t t APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is hereby amended by adding thereto the
12 following:
t ~ Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
14 $89,507 to $98,458 125 Director -Child Support Services
15 Section 2. Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte
16 entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding thereto
17 the following:
1 g Positions Classification Title
19 1 Director -Child Support Services
20 thereby increasing the total from 161 to 162.
2t Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective on duly 1, 2001.

2 The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the expiration
3 of fifteen (1S) days after its passage, to publish this ordinance in a newspaper in the
~ County of Butte, State of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
