3 AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE"SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Step i Step 5 Class Code Classif cation Title
13 $13.70 $16.66 2254 Sheriff's Staffing Specialist
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 St_ ep 1 Stomp 5 Class Code Classification Title
16 $13.70 $16.66 2254 Staffing Specialist
17 Section 2. Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
18 "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
19 therefrom the following:
20 Positions Classification Title
21 1 Sheriff's Staffing Specialist
22 and adding thereto the following:
23 Positions .Classification Title
24 1 Staffing Specialist
25 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 57.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
