3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 59 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "630-001 LIBRARY" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
10 Positions Classification Title
11 3 Library Assistant I (position to end 06-30-02)
12 thereby increasing the total from 25 to 28.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 loth day of July , 2001, by the following vote:
