3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-001. DISTRICT ATTORNEY" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
1 o following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Administrative Services Assistant
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
t 5 1 Staffzng Specialist
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 73.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {1S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
