3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 7 ~ 3 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 26 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" is hereby
10 amended by adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Deputy Sheriff {position to end 06-30-02)
13 thereby increasing the total from 4 to 5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 loth day of July , 2001, by the following vote:
