3 AN ORDINANCE A11~NDING ORDINANCE N0.3743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Clinical Program Manager (term position to end 06-30-02)
13 4 Mental Health Clinician II, I (term position to end 06-30-02)
14 4 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor, or
15 Mental Health Worker (term position to end 06-30-02)
16 1 Medical Records Technician II, I (term position to end 06-30-02)
17 thereby increasing the total from 295.5 to 305.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 i4th day of august , 2001, by the following vote:
