3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 30 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
10 Positions Classification Title
11 1 Supervising Probation Officer (term position to end 06-30-02)
12 2 Probation Off cer III, II, I (term position to end 06-30-02)
13 2 Probation Technician (term position to end 06-30-02)
14 1 Auditor -Accountant II, I (term.position to end 06-30-02)
15 1 Office Assistant III, II, I (term position to end 06-30-02)
16 thereby increasing the total from 92.25 to 99.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 l~~h day of august , 2001, by the following vote:
