3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 30 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
10 Positions Classif cation Title
11 1 Information Systems Technician III, II, I
12 and adding thereto the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 1 Information Systems Analyst II, I or
15 Information Systems Technician III
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 99.25.
17 Section 2. The changes made by this ordinance shall be and are hereby made
1 S retroactive to July 7, 2001, and shall be operative as of that date.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
