3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "720--001 ADNIlNISTRATIVE -FACILITIES SERVICES" is hereby amended by
1 a deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
I2 2 Building Crafts Worker TIT
13 1 Lead -Building Crafts Worker
1 ~ and adding thereto the following:
15 Positions Classification Title
16 2 Lead -Building Crafts Worker or Building Crafts Worker ITT
17 1 Building Crafts Worker III, II, I
18 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 39.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(#} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15}days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 11th day of septemher _______, 2001, by the following vote:
