3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:

13 thereby decreasing the total from 73.5 to 72.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f} of the
