3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

b The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 36 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "441-001 WATER AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION" is hereby amended by
1Q deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Manager -Program Resource and Development
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 3.
17 Section 2. The changes made in Section 1 of this ordinance shall be and are
18 hereby made retroactive to July 7, 2001, and shall be operative as of that date.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 11th day of Se~temher , 2001, by the following vote:
