3 AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING ORDINANCE NO.3743 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE G, PROFESSIONAL
10 EMPLOYEES' UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
11 the following:

23 Section 2. The changes made in Section 1 of this ordinance shall be and are
24 hereby made retroactive to July 1, 2001, and shall be operative as of that date.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25x23{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 11th day of September , 2001, by the following vote:
