6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
1o MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
11 CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

21 Section 18. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3743 of the County of Butte entitled
22 "720-001 ADMINISTRATIVE -FACILITIES SERVICES" is hereby amended by
23 adding thereto the following:

26 1 Grounds Maintenance Worker I
27 thereby increasing the total from 39 to 41.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 1.23{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (~ 5} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 11th day of September ~, 2001, by the following vote:
