3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 7 7 o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS, Ti IE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 52 of O:rdinanceNo. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
4 "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 13 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 13 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk, or Account Clerk
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 173.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 25th day of __~eptember , 2001, by the following vote:
