3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~ ~ o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 70 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
10 APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
11 following:
12 Annual Salarv Class Code Classification Title
13 $71,000 1.60 LAFCo Executive Officer
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Annual Salarv Class Code Classification Title
1b $74,550 160 LAFCo Executive Officer

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Cade of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 9th day of October , 2001, by the following vote:
