3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 377o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ,ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "533-002 PUBLIC WORKS -CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Associate Civil Engineer, Associate Engineer, or
13 Assistant Engineer
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Positions Classification Title
16 1 Associate Surveyor or Assistant Surveyor
17 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 92.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
