3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 377a OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. ~ Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting therefrom the following:

15 and adding thereto the following:

1 Section 3. Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3~~0 of the County of Butte entitled
2 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH-- GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
3 therefrom the following:

6 and adding thereto the following:
7 Positions Classification Title

9 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 124.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen { 15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 qth day of October , 2001, by the following vote:
