3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 ~ ~ o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SAT/ARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3 ~ ~o of the County of Butte entitled
9 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title

13 thereby increasing the total from 1.24.5 to 125.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant~to Section 25123(f) of the

5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 23rd day of October , 2001, by the following vote:
