3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. ~~~o OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3~~0 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
11 amended by adding thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of

5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
