3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOW;N.AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 53 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" is
10 hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Social Worker Supervisor II
13 thereby decreasing the total from 174 to 173.
14 Section 2. Section 55 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
15 "570-004 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -SERVICES" is hereby
16 amended by adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classification Title
18 1 Social Worker Supervisor II
19 thereby increasing the total from 11 S to 119.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of November , 2001, by the following vote:
