3 AN ORDINANCE AIV~NDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY_ QF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 53 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" is
10 hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 Information Systems Analyst II
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
I5 2 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
t 6 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 173 .

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California,
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of November , 2001, by the following vote:
