3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE G, PROFESSIONAL
~0 EMPLOYEES' UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
11 the following:

14 and adding thereto the following:

18 Section 2. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
19 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
20 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
21 amended by adding thereto the following:

24 Section 3. Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
25 "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH- GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
26 deleting therefrom the following:
27 Positions Classification Title
28 4 Psychologist
1 and adding thereto the following:
2 Positions Classification Title
3 3 Psychologist IZ, Z
4 1 Supervising Psychologist
5 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 321.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
