3 AN ORDINANCE AlV>ENDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-003 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ~- DRUG TREATMENT" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Mental Health Clinician II, I
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Supervisor -Mental Health Counselor
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 7.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of November , 2001, by the following vote:
