3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE,_KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 31 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
t 0 Positions Classification Title
t 1 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III, II, I
12 and adding thereto the following:
t3 Positions Classif cation Title
14 1 Legal Secretary I or Legal Typist Clerk
15 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 103.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123 (f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
