3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "540-001 PUBLICHEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
1 o therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Public Health Nurse II (term position to end 12-31-01)
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classif cation Title
15 1 Public Health Nurse II (term position to end 12-31-02}
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 125.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 zoth day of November , 2001, by the following vote:
