3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN„AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding thereto the
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 Public Safety Dispatcher or Public Safety Dispatcher Trainee
13 (term position to end 06-30~-02)
14 thereby increasing the total from 5 8 to 60.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
