3 AN DRDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 31 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
i0 Positions Classif cation Title
11 1 Supervising Probation Officer (term position to end 06-30-02}
12 2 Probation Officer III, II, I (term position to end 06-30-02)
13 2 Probation Technician (term position to end 06-30-02)
14 1 Auditor-Accountant II, I (term position to end 06-30-02)
15 1 Off ce Assistant III, II, I (term position to end 06-30-02}
16 and adding thereto the following:

18 1 Supervising Probation Officer (position to end 06-30-02}

23 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 103.25.

I This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 8th day of December , 2001, by the following vote:
