3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE I,
10 CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS" is hereby amended by
t 1 deleting therefrom the following:
12 Flat Rate Class Code Classif cation Title
13 $12.001HR 5550 Waterways Enforcement Specialist
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Flat Rate Class Code Classif cation Title
16 $15.1 I/HR 5550 Waterways Enforcement Specialist

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 18tih day of December , 2001, by the following vote:
