3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE,, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled "540-001
9 PUBLICHEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding thereto the
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Public Health Laboratory Technician or
13 Public Health Laboratary Aide
14 thereby increasing the total from 125 to 126.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
