3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Director of Public Health Laboratory
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Director of Public Health Laboratory or
16 Public Health Microbiologist
17 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 125.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
