3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 2S of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "360-003 SHERIFF-CORONER -CORRECTIONS" is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 8 Correctional Offzcer
13 2 Correctional Technician
14 thereby increasing the total from 97 to 107.

I This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25 i 23{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (l5} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
