3 AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING ORDINANCE NO.3 770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE,__KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title
13 $13.92 $16.92 4420 Supervisor -Food Services
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classif cation Title

1 ~ This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
~ California.
