3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 ~ 1 Program Manager -Community Services
13 thereby increasing the total from 323.5 to 324.5.
14 Section 2. This ordinance shall be and hereby made retroactive to July 1, 2001,
15 and shall be operative as of that date. -

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(fj of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 i2tn day of February , 2002, by the following vote:
