3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE,_KNOWN AS THE "SA ARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 ``SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE I,
]0 CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS" is hereby amended by
11 deleting therefrom the following:
I2 Flat Rate Class Code Classification Title
t3 $5.75/HR 6528 ~ Mental Health Intern
I4 and adding thereto the following:
l5 Flat Rate Class Code Classification Title
16 $6.75/HR 6528 Mental Health Intern (effective 01-01-02}

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 ~ 12th day of February , 2002, by the following vote:
