3 AN ORDINANCE AlV1ENDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 57 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "570-00$ EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -PUBLIC GUARDIAN" is
IO hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
I 1 Positions Classification Title
I2 1 Deputy Public Guardiari/Public Administrator I
13 thereby decreasing the total from 6 to 5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12~h ~ day Of February , 2002, by the following vote:
