3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN, AS THE "SALARY,ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE E, LAW
10 ENFORCEMENT-MANAGEMENT UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" ishereby amended
11 by deleting therefrom the following:

15 and adding thereto the following:

19 Section 2. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
20 ~ "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
21 therefrom the following:

23 1 Supervisor -District Attorney Investigations
24 and adding thereto the following;
25 Positions Classif cation Title
26 1 District Attorney Assistant Chief Investigator
27 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 74.

1 Section 3. Section 22 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
2 "320-005 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD" is hereby amended by
3 deleting therefrom the. following:
4 Positions Classification Title
5 1 Supervisor -District Attorney Investigations
6 and adding thereto the following:
7 Positions Classification Title
8 1 District Attorney Assistant Chief Investigator
9 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 18.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
