3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTEi, OWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by adding thereto
10 the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
~2 1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 12-30-02)
13 thereby increasing the total from 74 to 75.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
