3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

b The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled "020-
9 001 ADMINISTRATIVE" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
10 Positions Classification Title
11 1 Deputy Administrative Officer, Principal Analyst, or
12 Administrative Analyst III,11, I
. 13 thereby increasing the total from 11 to 12.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 i2th day of February , 2002, by the following vote:
