3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3770 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Office Assistant III, II, I (position to end 0~6-30-04)
13 thereby decreasing the total from 324.5 to 323.5.
14 Section 2. Section 31 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of.Butte'entitled.~
15 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by adding thereto the'follotivirig: ~ ~ ;
16 Positions Classification Title ~ : .
17 1 Office Assistant III, II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
18 thereby increasing the total from 103.25 to 104.25.
19 Section 3. Section 25 of Ordinance No. 3770 of the County of Butte entitled
20 "360-003 SHERIFF-CORONER -CORRECTIONS" is hereby amended by deleting
21 therefrom the following:
22 Positions Classification Title
23 1 Administrative Services Assistant (position to end 06-30-04)
24 and adding thereto the following: .
25 Positions Classification Title
26 1 Administrative Analyst I (position to end 06-30-04)
27 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 107.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of .fifteen { 15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12th day of February , 2002, by the following vote:
