6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 -ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3so~ of the County of Butte
9 entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:

1 ` This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23,{I} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of February , 2002, by the following vote:
