3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 s o ~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3so~ of the County of Butte
9 entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 District Attorney Investigator II, I ,
13 (term position to end 06-30-02)
14 1 Investigative Assistant {term position to end OS-31-02)
15 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Off ce Assistant III
16 (term position to end 06-30-02)
17 and adding thereto the following:
1 S Positions Classification Title
19 1 District Attorney Investigator II, I
20 (position to end 06-30-02)
21 1 Investigative Assistant {position to end OS-3I-02}
22 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Off ce Assistant III
23 (position to end 06-30-02)
24 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 75.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Sect~on'25123,(~ of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
